Groundkeeper's Cottage part of the Village Lights Collection created by John Hopkins and created in 1985 in California. This piece has been signed by John Hopkins on the bottom of the piece. It lights up and is fully functional, there is some slight wear on paint, but it has no cracks, chips or breaks.
